The incursion featured a wonderful skit designed to educate children about Cancer in a friendly and accessible way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-AU\">The skit introduced us to a girl named Arial who had been diagnosed with Cancer and was undergoing Chemotherapy. Her big brother, Tom, visited her at the hospital, and together, they took us on a heartwarming journey to cheer up Arial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-AU\">Emma and Anna skillfully used this engaging storyline to explain complex topics about Cancer, treatment, and the importance of support and positivity. Through Tom&#8217;s efforts to lift Arial&#8217;s spirits, the children learned about empathy, resilience, and the power of love and family during challenging times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-AU\">The children were captivated by the skit and actively participated in the discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing their own ideas. The characters of Arial and Tom made the information relatable, ensuring the children understood the message in a comforting and reassuring manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b><span lang=\"en-AU\">Educational Impact:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"en-AU\">\u00a0The skit provided valuable information about Cancer in a way that was understandable and meaningful for young children.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"en-AU\">Emotional Understanding:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"en-AU\">\u00a0The story of Arial and Tom helped the children develop empathy and emotional understanding regarding illnesses and support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"en-AU\">Engagement:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"en-AU\">The interactive nature of the skit kept the children engaged and encouraged them to ask questions and express their thoughts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en-AU\">Overall, the Camp Quality visit was a profoundly impactful experience that combined education and emotional development, leaving a lasting impression on both the children and staff.
